"I am pleased to be writing this testimonial for Neil who has been instrumental in improving and maintaining my fitness and stamina for the last 10 years. This has been achieved through fun, purposeful drills and circuits, coupled with Neil's understanding of how to communicate and motivate the class!"

Circuit Fit

Circuit Fit is a class done to motivational music in which you do one exercise in pairs (you can pair with a friend) at a station for 2 minutes and then move on to another exercise after a 30 second break.

The stations include aerobic activities (like skipping, steps ups or moving between cones), muscle-strengthening exercises (like working the abs with a Swiss Ball, working biceps and triceps using dumbbells), body weight routines (like dips, squats or press ups) or muscle toning (using stretch bands). There are a huge variety of stations so you will get different station each week to work your body in different ways and keep things fresh. Click here for answers to FAQs.

Circuit Fit has a huge range of benefits including:

  1. increases your aerobic fitness
  2. builds strength and muscle tone
  3. is a great calorie burner
  4. will work all the main muscle groups
  5. has great variety
  6. will leave you feeling great for hours afterwards
  7. fires your metabolism so you will continue to burn calories for up to 12 hours afterwards.

AND...it's great fun in a team environment!
